Registration Procedure

 

Postgraduate Program New Student Admissions (PMB)

  • Intended for registrants at their own expense.

  • Intended for:applicants who have been designated as scholarship recipients by the scholarship granting institution/agency (proven by a letter of appointment as scholarship recipients); orapplicants whose education is funded by UGM cooperation partners as proven by the existence of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or a valid Cooperation Agreement (PKS) (a list of cooperation partners can be selected when filling out the online registration).
  • Scholarship Applicant Pathway
  • Intended for applicants who are applying for scholarships from various institutions/institutions/scholarship providers.
General Requirements :
  1. GPA
    • ≥ 2.50 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited A study programs, or;
    • ≥ 2.75 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited B study programs, or;
    • ≥ 3.00 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited C study programs.

  3. TPA and English proficiency Certificate which are still valid (maximum 2 years from the date the certificate was issued).

Additional Requirements :
Every prospective new student is required to write a paper on pharmaceutical management with the following rules:
  • Topic: pharmaceutical management problems (you can use thesis or related to the thesis plan)
  • Written using good and correct Indonesian
  • Maximum 5 pages (not including bibliography)
  • Writing procedure: A4 paper (kwarto); Arial Font 11; spacing: 1.5; Top and left margins: 4 cm, right and bottom margins 3 cm from the edge of the paper.
  • Quotations from other articles must include the name of the author and year of publication.
  • Example:
Sanusi et al., (1995), explained that phenol levels greater than 5 ppm can affect the skin, eyes and liver. Phenol derivatives are often found in household waste because they are widely used for sanitation (Betty and Winiati, 1993).
  • Bibliography is arranged alphabetically. References in a manuscript are indicated by the author’s last name, followed by the year. If the literature has more than one author, all must be written and followed by the year, et al., or et al. cannot be followed.
  • Book: Author’s last name, abbreviation of first name, year, book title, publisher address: Publisher. example: Atmodjo, A.P., 1990, Anatomical Pathology Album, Airlangga University example: Atmodjo, A.P., 1990, Anatomical Pathology Album, Airlangga University Press, Surabaya.
  • Part of the book: Author’s last name, abbreviation of first name., year, book title, publisher’s address: Publisher, p.

Applicants for the Master of Pharmacy Management UGM, apart from registering online at um.ugm.ac.id, also submit hardcopy requirements files to the  Master of Pharmacy Management UGM admissions department. Softcopies can be sent first through email prodi-mmf.farmasi@ugm.ac.id.
The student capacity for the Master of Pharmacy Management UGM is 40 students
